Jo-Ann entered the field of residential real estate in 2004 and joined Keller Williams Realty, Boston, MA in 2006. She is the former President, Greater Boston Chapter of Women™s Council of Realtors. Jo-Ann has 17 years of business experience working in the fields of Quality Management, Career Development, Training, and Human Resources. Her business background has helped her develop her skills as a Mediator, Negotiator, Project Manager, Consultant, Facilitator and Coach. All of these life experiences are drawn on as a Realtor.

Jo-Ann has taken numerous real estate courses in pursuit of continuing education. She holds a B.S. in Management and a M.S. in Training and Development from Lesley College, Cambridge, MA.

Jo-Ann is active in the Metropolitan Boston community and is on the Board of Directors of the Neighborhood Association of Back Bay where she is a member of the Licensing Committee and former Chair, City Services Committee. She is a member of The College Club of Boston and serves on the Program Committee. She volunteers as a Mediator with the Community Dispute Settlement Center, Cambridge, MA.
